Do you have a minimum on label orders?
We have a 250 minimum order for roll labels, and no minimum order for stickers (printed on sheets).
Can I get a proof of my label before you print the full run?
Yes! We supply digital PDFs and FREE printed proofs for digital label orders upon request (they won’t be die-cut, but you can confirm that the color & layout of your label is exactly how you want it).
Do you charge for design time? What if I just need to make a simple quick change?
We’re here to help. Whether you need a label designed from scratch, or major updates to your existing label, our design rate is $75/hour. If you need an extra comma removed or a color swapped, we’re happy to make quick changes to your editable file at no charge. We’re here to help YOU succeed.
What’s the difference between a label and a sticker?
Labels are printed on a roll, while stickers are individually die cut to size or printed on sheets.
Can I come visit your shop?
Absolutely! We love visitors. Stop by during our business hours (see here for current hours) and grab a cup of coffee & a tour.
How long will my label order take?
Our turn-time is 3-5 business days for digital labels, and 10-15 business days for flexographic (think–large run) labels. We work hard to meet client deadlines, however, so if you have a RUSH job, please reach out & we’ll see what we can do with our current schedule.
Are you able to help me get a barcode for my label?
Yes, send us the number assigned to your barcode, and we can generate a scannable barcode for your product.
